"The subject of my photo is a beautiful red rose. I utilize Lightroom for editing my images. In my first edit, I increased light to give the petals a soft appearance. For my second picture, I applied the Modern 5 preset with shadow set to -29, whites to -81, and blacks to -44. I adjusted the highlights to -10 and the exposure to +0.05."

In the first image, we positioned a light to the side of her to achieve that effect. In the second image, the light is placed above her, creating what we call "Top Light," which illuminates her face. In the final image, we positioned the light below, resulting in a contrast where her face appears both darker and brighter at the same time.
