"I chose a Mexican-inspired design for my menu because I am proud of my Mexican heritage and want to share the rich variety of delicious food, desserts, and more from Mexico. The different shades of brown were selected to complement the Mexican theme. For the logo, I decided to feature the Mexican flag in the background to add vibrancy and enhance the bright colors of the flan and mug. Every design element I chose reflects the essence of Mexico."
The theme of this menu is centered around a steakhouse. I designed the logo using Adobe Illustrator, and I edited the menu layout in Adobe Photoshop. I chose a color scheme of black, red, and white because these colors complement the appearance of steak and help enhance its visual appeal.
"For my mug design, I chose one of my favorite songs by Ivan Cornejo, titled 'Donde Estás.' On the back of the mug, I included a quote he said: 'La vida es bonita, pero hay que saberla vivir,' which translates to 'Life is beautiful, but you have to know how to live it.'"
